What is your return policy?
Due to the hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders extremely quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
My tracking says delivered but I can't find it?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your building manager first. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I layer the products?
We recommend applying products from thinnest to thickest texture. Start with cleansers, then serums, and finish with moisturizers or oils. Apply SPF as the final step in your morning routine.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but every skin type is different. We highly recommend performing a patch test on your arm 24 hours before applying any new product to your face.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are best used within 12 months of opening. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their integrity.
Is it safe to use while pregnant?
While our ingredients are generally safe, we always recommend consulting with your physician or healthcare provider before introducing new skincare products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do you offer samples?
We do not offer standalone samples at this time. Occasionally, we include complimentary samples with full-size orders during special promotions.
